Good starter, but not for long-term
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small walkup (only 3 floors max), Washer and dryer in units, Feels secure, Close to lots of subways, Great restaurants in the area
Cons:
Non-responsive super, Online rent payment incurs a fee, Building says "337-339" which confuses deliveries (mail and food, etc.), Always police and ambulances on the street, Gate was put up with a code that no one knew, Was never added to the building emailing list after asking multiple times

Dirty and decrepit
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is awesome!
Cons:
The garbage area is constantly disgusting, and therefore filled with rodents and ants. Packages get stolen all the time. Management doesn’t care and will only ever do the bare minimum.
Advice to owner:
Try actually caring about your tenants and their living situation.
