Fair Priced Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
The cost is fair for the space. The air quality isn’t fantastic, but otherwise the building is clean enough. Good super.
Cons:
The air quality. The location and proximity to nearby clubs.

Spacious apartments for good price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are pretty spacious for New York standards, and the super is great and makes sure the space is well maintained. This apartment is also close to many subway lines.
Cons:
If your unit faces the side of the street there may be noise from gay clubs and sirens from nearby hospitals. The bathroom could use a remodeling. There are sometimes cockroaches in the summer.
