Overall well-managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and overall well maintained. Doormen and porters are great. Building has an on-site handyman which is a huge plus in a condo/rental building.
Cons:
Drafty in the winter and oddly extremely humid in the summer due to a/c units. Unclear if this is a unit-specific issue. Intercom has been nonfunctional and management won’t let fix it - they say due to Covid but they come to fix other things with no problems. Doormen do their best to call about deliveries and guests but can’t always be on top of it depending on how busy it gets in the lobby.
I would make sure that managment is better trained

Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, presentable, beautiful amenities
Cons:
Had to fight with management to let me move in the building the day my lease started because you have to reserve the elevator in advance. Amenities broke all the time, building is extremely strict about deliveries and companies you want to work on your apartment. Must get approval before having them enter to consult. Didn't feel homey.
