Could be worse

Pros:
Good location, tons of natural light, in-unit laundry
Cons:
Building is dirty, packages are stolen often, people go through your trash, weird neighbors, super hard to reach super

Great little rent controlled apartment! Some neighbors are great, some I avoid, most I haven't met. Good location
Cons:
The "downstairs situation" and all the sketchy guests Also the heat only works half the time
