Horrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is great, neighbors are good
Cons:
Management is money hungry and doesn’t care about tenants. The building is filthy and they have pushed renters out who previously lived here 20+ years, by raising rent obscene amounts. They are GREEDY.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who cares!

Great area, bad management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, neighbors, and safe
Cons:
Management company is hard to deal with. Things take a while to get fixed in the building
Advice to owner:
Help out your tenants a little more. You catch more flies with honey than manure.

Nice size apartments, but all else terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bedroom is large, good overall size of apartments
Cons:
Dirty hallway, garbage process outside is poorly managed, apartments are fixed cheaply and sometimes not at all. Beware that the super also oddly slashes tires on bikes that are parked at the public street sign by the building - he has a horrible reputation at a nearby bike shop.
Advice to owner:
Hire more care and support staff for the building. Unfriendly staff all around and poorly managed buildings.
