Terrible management but good bones
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great units and location. Great neighbors. Liked the super and porter.
Cons:
Management/Olshan Properties goes out of their way to stall and run interference rather than solve issues. Laundry has been out of order for two weeks at a time. They rarely answer emails or queries promptly or clearly and never answer the phone or call. The negligence boarders on tenant harassment.
Ongoing issues with water pressure and water quality.
Advice to owner:
Take your job seriously. There seems to be a lot of staff and yet totally ineffective.

Pretty great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is great and the assistant super. Any apartment issues get fixed pretty quickly.
Cons:
Laundry room always has broken machines, there are only 4 of each and seems like at least one of each, if not more, are broken at all times. They also are old machines that don’t do a great job. Management is slow to return messages and deal with building issues.
