Pros:
I love the lack of noise that reaches my apartment. It’s super quiet every night. I haven’t ever had packages stolen here, it’s relatively safe of an area.
Cons:
Air leaks in the building structure had my apartments electricity running overtime. It got way too cold or way too hot. CENTIPEDES! Ew! They scare the hell out of me and they’re fast! The door handle falls off my door a couple times a year. Asked the landlords to fix it and they never did. Never saw the landlords after they bought the place… said they were going to fix a lot of things and they never did. I moved out because they raised my rent $600, haha nope!
Advice to owner:
Get a nice doorknob!!
