Great Space, Awful Managmenet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great big apartments, prices that could be worse.
Cons:
Non-responsive, apathetic management. Central areas are old and dirty. The super manages dozens of buildings across 3 or 4 boroughs, and while he does come and fix most things eventually, cannot guarantee he will come promptly during emergencies.. Choice of Pest control and other outside personnel was always awful, you will have to essentially maintain the apartment by yourself. The exterminator they sent for our mice issue offered me a shot of rum before 11AM.
Advice to owner:
Zenon should only be repsonsible for buildings in one borough, and should get a raise. Hire decent pest control personnel, or up front tell tenants they can get who they want they will be reimbursed for it.
