Great location, no noise!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is located in a great area. Centra park is blocks away, 1,A,C,B,D and F trains are close. You pay for location. Doorman’s are very friendly.
Cons:
There’s so many cockroaches on the building’s common areas. You can ask the súper to fix something and he’ll take long long time do to it and most probably not fix it correctly, only momentarily.
