Solid Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment was overall a quiet, clean, safe place to live. The elevator and laundry were a plus. The location is perfect (very close to subways, Central Park, multiple gyms and grocery stores)
Cons:
The super is very hard to reach and doesn't speak English very well. Fortunately, my roommate spoke Spanish, but even with him, sometimes the super would just ignore us

Better value elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet building, the superintendent is great and extremely helpful, nice location
Cons:
The rent is a bit overpriced, heat and electric are separate and expensive since the building is not utility efficient, my landlord was really inflexible and had no interest in working with me on abatements during COVID, I wouldn’t live here for more than a year. There is better value elsewhere
Advice to owner:
Lower your prices and focus on retaining your tenants, you don’t have that many amenities to price it at such high levels

Better than average place. Not a luxury place.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is the nicest man ever. Extremely helpful.
Each apartment is individually owned but my landlord was a dream.
Some neighbors are amazing.
Elevator is extremely small but hey, there's one and it works.
Cons:
The pest problem increased after the new management company took over. Saw mice quite a few times, fly problem during the warmer months, clothes moths in my apartment and in the basement. The super was always responsive but the building management must have stopped with the regular exterminating.
Only two washers and dryers that always seemed to have problems and some neighbors will out your clothes from the washer when you're waiting for the dryer to free up.
Barking dogs all day long!
Lots of packages get stolen because delivery drivers refuse to ring the buzzer to let you know its been delivered.
Advice to owner:
Get a better exterminator or have them come more often.
