It was a good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a nice building. There weren't too many hidden gotchas that took too much away from it. Nice kitchen, no pests.
Cons:
On the first floor, I had no light facing the rear of the building, and the restaurant beneath played music really loudly when they were closing.

Great apartment in HK
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that it was a walk up so there wasn’t many people. There is a washer dryer that we all got to share. Management was very attentive and would fix thing within 24 hours.
Cons:
Only con was that it was on 9 so it could get a little loud but hey that’s nyc
