It’s a BIG CASE IN COURT NOW. Waiting for the landlord to negotiate with tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
(I like the neighborhood) not the building, the building needs new owner new management.
Cons:
Tiny rooms, dirty building, no heat, water on And off, no super available and when he comes after two weeks for a issue he has attitude or drunk, no mail boxes always problem with the mail…
Advice to owner:
Discriminate, disrespectful, hypocrite and he need to stop lying to the tenants for the past 20yrs,stop giving hard time to the tenants
