Good not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has a great location, super is very responsive, and rooms are very big.
Cons:
Garbage situation would get pretty bad give there were only two trash cans for the building (although super was good about taking it out at the beginning of the week), had some problems with roaches in the apartment, unit is rundown, and rent is expensive for what it is.
Advice to owner:
Fix the apartments.

Nice location but slightly run down units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, unit came with installed ACs, sizable rooms, and a good price
Cons:
There was mold in the unit which management took over 3 months to respond to until we called the city. Also, there are roaches and other bugs that come through the vents/cracks in the building. Finally, heating causes the rooms to get very hot in the winter.

Great space and location, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartment Spacious layout Open kitchen Washer/dryer in-unit Bedrooms on opposite sides of apt
Cons:
Poor lighting on low floors Heat too high Management cheap and rude - ice cold showers in winter, no urgency from owner to fix water heater Have had mice and roaches, but apartment is kept clean
