Not bad, good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Surprisingly quiet for this location, laundry is new, water pressure is good. The walls are thick and I never heard my neighbors. No issues with bugs or pests at all. Nice kitchen appliances in my unit
Cons:
Management never ever responds to emails. Took 3+ months to get one thing fixed in the apartment. Heat pipe is super loud
Advice to owner:
Respond to emails! Fix the boiler and banging pipes. Do more to stop stolen packages
