Very nice experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely building on a tree-lined street. Clean apartments, never really had an issue. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Roommate had a couple of cockroaches, but nothing new for NYC. Packages were constantly stolen by fake amazon delivery guys.
Advice to owner:
Better package system

Decent building - Could be better, could be worse.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I never had any issues with bugs in my apartment. Apartment was always very warm (pro + con, heat can't be controlled).
Cons:
Safety was an issue - a few times there were homeless gathered in the entry way. Had many cases of stolen packages with management saying they couldn't do much. The Super could def be better and the laundry room needs some work. Someone in the building had the same bottom lock keys as me and one time drunkenly tried entering my apartment (luckily I had the top lock changed upon move-in, but was very scary and management didn't seem to care either).
Advice to owner:
Invest in security, a cleaning service and a new super.

Love the neighborhood and love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in the basement and an elevator. Super on site as well. Small building.
Cons:
No roof access. No doorman but double door entrance. No cameras.
