Building check woo
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building has a lovely roof and elevator and trash shoots on every floor. Maintenance is very responsive.
Cons:
Packages can get stolen and the building can be slow to make some repairs— a lot of the furniture on the roof broke and they have yet to replace it even though it’s been a year

DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has an elevator and rooftop, appears nice if you don't actually live here
Cons:
Absolutely DISGUSTING and infested with rats and mice. Rats INSIDE the apartment. And one of the "bedrooms" didn't have a window. Management is unresponsive and useless.

Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally clean and well kept
Cons:
Some units are airbnbs, which led to noisy and random neighbors. Massive mice problem even on the top floor, nice chewed through clothes and boxes but management company wouldn’t address the issue
