Fine Apartment, Don't Expect Much From Owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, rent stabilized apartments at a good price,
Cons:
Owner will respond to most maintenance requests saying it will "take a few days to get a guy there to fix it" and then never book someone, Trash is not secured in any way and is usually spilling out of the cans/have never been cleaned leaving a smell and buildup at the entrance, no exterminator has visited in the building in my 6 months of living here

No stove gas for 4 months
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was easily accessible, decent location.
Cons:
Gas was shut off for 4 months, and they did not fix it because the basement had asbestos. Joseph G, the owner is a bully if you raise any concerns. He will try to intimidate you.
