Terrible New Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors in the building are AMAZING and friendly. A great bunch of tenants, many of whom have been living there for years. The walls are thick and you rarely hear anything. It is very quiet inside.
Cons:
AWFUL new management that took over in may 2023. There is a serious rat infestation, mold issues in the walls, lack of heat in the winter, stolen packages on a regular basis. A homeless person stole the key to the building and is out there somewhere with access. The super is non responsive. You have to beg management to get anything done or repaired. Lots of illegal things going on in this building. Residents call 311 on a regular basis. The water in the building is often brown. It takes 10-15 mins for the shower water to get warm.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and fix the issues instead of ignoring them.

Mold, Rats, Safety and Security Issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are very large
Cons:
Intruders enter building every night and management solution is a sign blaming tenants for buzzing them in. Broken door locks Boiler leaked gas into the hallways and some apartments Management lies in response to city issued violations Mold that is just painted over Rats in courtyard and building Building for sale so management doesn’t maintain properly
Advice to owner:
Basic upkeep goes a long way. Prioritize health and safety of your tenants, that shouldn’t be a huge ask.
