Pests, otherwise alright
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice - it's not on the Avenue so it doesn't get that loud. The apartments are super tiny but cute. Windows are tall, there is a big TV included.
Cons:
- Pests. Roaches and a few times I saw mice. - There is no way to email them - only leave Voice messages if you need any repairs. - Apartments are old, huge gaps between doors and the hallway, things break and leak sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building more often.

Do Not Rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
None what so ever
Cons:
My experience here has been terrible. I complained about bed bugs, and the rental company did nothing. When I asked them to cure the bed bugs, they blamed me for bringing them in although they had known about them for months. I withheld my rent because my living situation had become unbearable, and I had to stay elsewhere because my apartment was unlivable. When I told them I would pay rent they served me with eviction papers. My health declined living in this property. I tested positive for the side effects of mold poisoning, my hair fell out, and my immune system wore down. Years later my health is only starting to recover. I was a good tenant and paid my rent on time prior to this. It didn’t matter. These people are money hungry, mean, and do not care about their tenants. Do not rent
Advice to owner:
Sell your building. The city already repossessed it once
