Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price and layout of the unit
Cons:
Where to begin... mice, cockroaches, gas leak, and Beach Lane Management is the absolute worst you could imagine. Just give Mitchell Rothken a google... once sent to jail for embezzling $2.6M to spend on his stripper mistress and now will make your life a living hell
Advice to owner:
Fire Mitchell Rothken
