Liked it overall!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Across from small park. Quieter street. Great location. Decent sunlight (facing street).
Cons:
You can hear your neighbor completely above you. It will feel like people in the stairwell are in your apartment. Packages may be an issue.

Slum Lord Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively quiet, okay location. Fios available.
Cons:
CONSTANT battle with cockroaches and mice. Heat is never on. Hot water is out about three days every month. Rude neighbors. Package thief in the building. Most mailboxes are broken and can be opened without a key. Door buzzer is broken. Common areas are filthy. Residents have been told (sign posted on front door) to take trash back up to their apartments if the trash cans are full.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building. Fix your boiler (2 years of excuses don’t cut it), mailboxes, buzzer, trash situation, vermin infestation, etc.
