Amazing Walkup!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The 5th floor was a hike, but my view was totally worth it! The super is a very nice lady who lives onsite (along with some of her own family), meaning she has a vested interest in keeping things nice, which she does! Management is also very nice and responsive, and even offered to make alterations to the apartment after my lease was signed.
Cons:
No roof access, which is a bummer. Hallway floors are very basic institutional tile. Buzzer system broke a few times and could use an update.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing! Also, turning any of my “cons” around into pros would definitely be a positive ROI ;)
