Review on 412 W 47th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super responsive owners and maintenance. Monthly exterminator checks. Low rent. Weekly lobby cleanup. Very friendly and professional neighbors. Small and cute building. Contractors are great. Very renovated. In-unit washer and dryer. South-facing rooms. Normal layout of all bedrooms/units.
Cons:
Heat is a bit strong in the winter. Courtyard area is a little loud when neighbors are using it. Gets a little dusty.
Advice to owner:
Better soundproof on the courtyard. Add intercom and camera to the main door.
