We extended our lease
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable. Friendly neighbors. Landlord is on top of things. Returned our deposit!
Cons:
Older building, needs updating on the inside. We had mice, moths inside our apartment and so many rats in the trash outside. But mgmt handled the inside problem quickly.
