Unit Not Maintained Well
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super responded to complaints fairly promptly. Heating was also not an issue
Cons:
Mice were in our unit several times throughout our stay. Unit is also not maintained well, there were a lot of holes on the wall, peeling paint, etc. Constantly had to remind super to come and fix things even after following up multiple times. heating was also very hot and had to be turned off
Advice to owner:
The unit needs a lot more upkeep and rodent control

DO NOT RENT HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
I honestly can’t think of one.
Cons:
Apartment was infested with mice. Multiple mice were coming in through the stove. I’ve seen about 10 different mice in the apartment and who knows how many more came out at night. Landlord was barely responsive and when he did respond, he would send someone who did little to resolve the issue. The apartment building was itself not clean. Stairwells were always dirty and if I guessed they would clean the building every two months if that. When we moved in, it was pretty obvious they didn’t clean the apartment from the last tenants. There was pee on the bathroom wall next to one of the toilets. We also experienced a huge water leak coming from our ceiling while we were there. I also have a sneaking suspicion the building doesn’t have a super. They would give different phone numbers every time I asked to contact the super and if I tried to call or text them I would get no response or a a confused person on the other line.
Advice to owner:
Follow standard health codes. Clean and fumigate the entire apartment building for the health of your tenants. Stop cutting corners and taking advantage of the competitive nyc rental market

Owner and Landlord are terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap when we rented.
Cons:
Landlord will charge you cleaning fee when you move out by default. No reason and no notice. They simply do it because most people won’t complain about $150 after waiting 2 months.
