It's not the worst, but you could probably find a better apartment

Pros:
-very conveniently located
-water pressure was fine
-maintenance most of the time, is very quick
Cons:
-MICE
-heat is turned on at weird times
-there are a lot of short term rentals
Advice to owner:
Maybe deal with the mice and short term rentals...
