Rodent issue with mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, beautiful apartment with hardwood floors and functioning appliances. We had a fireplace too.
Cons:
Mice issues, stinky hallways, poor garbage management.
Advice to owner:
Inspect for rodents
