Owners. Really overpriced units, tried to overcharge me rent, and tried to charge me after I moved out.

You can do better for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great location in the heart of Hell's Kitchen - Located near a ton of great bars, restaurants - Building is quiet - Neighbors are kind
Cons:
- Laundry is not located in the building - Mice were a problem, had to seek external assistance - Mold in the shower that continually reappeared - Flies were everywhere when the weather was warm - Faulty faucet/drain that would leak when doing the dishes
Advice to owner:
Update this building if you want tenants to continue to have interest. The price point for the quality is only becoming more unreasonable as time goes on.
