The landlord doesn’t reply
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit is pretty good / clean. One of the three bedrooms has a lot of light.
Cons:
The landlord RARELY replies, really only is ever in contact about rent/resigning. Cockroaches— and landlord didn’t help out. the unit is always too hot even in winter Some rooms don’t have enough light for the price
Advice to owner:
Please invest in pest control and respond to your tenants. Charge fair prices for shittier rooms.

Can't complain
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is managed well, and there is laundry in-building - which is a nice bonus
Cons:
There was a problem with stolen packages for a little bit, but that's NYC so what can you do. Other than that, can't really think of anything else.
