Not worth recent rate increases
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator and modern appliances in unit
Cons:
Paper-thin walls, poor security management with stolen packages and trespassers.
Advice to owner:
Create better communication between land lords and tenants. Update security/mailbox systems, as well as better sound insulation between units. And add washer/dryers to basement floor.

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator building convenient location nice neighbors
Cons:
Roaches constantly!!!
Elevator is sketchy and will break down with you in it at times.
Lobby is always hot and smells like garbage.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors conversations.
You pay for your own heat as it is electric heat.
Rent is extremely overpriced for a very poor quality poorly managed building. Live somewhere else you will be guaranteed to find a better deal. I moved out and it was the best decision I’ve made.
Advice to owner:
Fairly price the units for what they are actually worth
Add washers and dryers
Put some ventilation in the lobby
Better security for prevention of package thieves

Decent tenants, intermittent pest issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fellow tenants watch out for eachother and are friendly, super responsive.
Cons:
Occasional pest spotted (dead mouse in lobby, rare roach from drain) but has subsided in recent months. Landlord promised laundry in basement but not yet installed. Unit is poorly insulated and tenant pays for electric heat, landlord has no incentive to make the place energy efficient resulting in MASSIVE winter energy bills.
Advice to owner:
Please put laundry in buildings for the studios and 1 BRs without units.
