Great spot, responsive management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Responsive management -Awesome spot in HK -App to pay rent -Dishwasher
Cons:
-Cockroaches are very common, you'll see giant dead ones in the hallway in the summer, hard to control in apartment (could be because I live close to the indoor trash) -Pest control comes once a month to spray early on Saturdays, doesn't do much -Mice, but pretty normal amount, occasionally you see them -No clear recycling bins or guidelines, I'm pretty sure they just throw everything into the garbage
Advice to owner:
Do something about the cockroaches. Post guidelines on recycling.
