Not many issues. Landlord is very bad at communication.

Pros:
Small building that is quite quiet. Good soundproofing between apartments and floors. Since it's small, it's kept quite clean and tidy. Not the greatest location but very few issues with the building and apartment.
Cons:
Landlord is terrible at communication. Will tell you he has someone coming to fix something 5-7 times before someone will actually come. They do eventually fix/replace things but requires a ton of pestering. Can be quite abrasive at time.
Advice to owner:
Hire a different manager for this building.
