It Was Okay

Pros:
Low crime area, SUPER responsive management, lots of space and priced well
Cons:
I frequently had mouse and bug problems that persisted despite weekly pest control. Some neighbors were dangerously mentally unstable. There's a school nearby, and if you want to get to your apartment while school is dismissing you can forget it, because parents will crowd the sidewalk.

Management company fights you on absolutely everything. I was forced to wait a month after finding multiple mice in the apartment
