Great Building, Nice Community

Pros:
Location is amazing, love the exposed brick, neighbors are kind and look out for each other's packages
Cons:
Packages get stolen, can be loud from the hallway but people are mostly quiet

Pros:
Centrally located, gay friendly, good taste in what’s renovated
Cons:
Disgusting building interior, definitely infested with mice, loud street (truck deliveries at all hours).
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building common spaces, get better pest control, add a laundry room in basement
