Awful building and landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location in midtown.
Cons:
The boiler is old and unreliable. The landlord has illegally subdivided apartments and taken apartments out of rent stabilization illegally.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who cares.
