Hell's Kitchen 9th Ave and 51st Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our apartment is great. Victor, the super, is responsive and always answers our calls (he lives in the building too). We've never had a bug, rat, etc. issue. Heat and air works well. Our apartment was recently remodeled and nothing has broke during our lease. Our unit faces away from 9th avenue, so it's not loud at all. We also like the area given there are so many restaurants on 9th avenue within walking distance.
Cons:
Only con I can think of is that both dryers in the buildings' shared laundry space didn't work well for a few months. They didn't get super hot and you would have to pay for two cycles in order to fully dry your stuff. The dryers have both since been replaced / fixed.

Cons:

3yr tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly updated, clean, well maintained building, responsive super
Cons:
Landlord and his assistant do not respond until they need something. Extremely rude and belittling from day of lease signing to move out 3 + years later.
Advice to owner:
Due to maintenance and cleanliness of unit would have loved to move to smaller unit in building or another of your buildings but attitude and unresponsive-ness from office ultimately forced me into another building

Modern everything, newly renovated building
Cons:
Pest problem, some units have no closet space

Invest in through pest control (mice and cockroaches)
