Beware of Security Deposit Fraud + Rats I lived here for two years. They keep portions of security deposits from good tenants. They deducted 550 dollars from my security deposit for costs related to re-caulking the bathtub and painting the apartment, which is apartment maintenance, not the tenant's responsibility. This is a ploy. They keep portions of security deposits routinely as a tactic to profit Some other considerations: - Saw rats in the garbage room on the first floor many times.
