Party neighbor & poor response

Pros:
Affordable price, elevator is nice, laundry in basement is nice
Cons:
Load radiator, poor respond from super, party neighbor

Pros:
Location is wonderful, elevator is such a luxury to me, good laundry machines in basement, much easier to receive packages that don’t get stolen. My apartment is much quieter than most other places I’ve lived.
Cons:
Apartment was newly renovated but they screwed up some things. Fridge door can’t open fully. Bathroom door won’t stay shut. Door buzzer seems to work about half the time. Super isn’t super responsive to requests for fixes.
Advice to owner:
Fix the door buzzers.
