Overall good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop, clean, nice appliances
Cons:
Noise- lucky to have good neighbors overall but can hear next door and above, can also hear everything from hallway (but that’s always brief), front desk unattended a lot, only the one elevator so sometimes have to wait a little.
