Its fine. Not the most glamourous apartment, but its a good price and a good size for what you pay

Pros:
Everything you need is literally all around you. Coffee, bars, restaurants, hardware stores.
Nice sized apartments with dishwasher, good water pressure in bathroom,
Cons:
Not a ton of natural light in common areas and some bedrooms can get depressing. Mold scare. Gotta be safe in some of these older NY apartments.
Advice to owner:
Do major mold checks and capital renovations if need be,
