Reasonable rental prices in HK

Pros:
The rent is reasonable, and the building's garbage management is excellent
Cons:
The building, it's just so old and worn. And the color choices they made...the red and beige are just not the most pleasing combination.
Advice to owner:
I really wish the building could be cleaner and have a fresh new color for the interior
