Would live here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient to Columbus circle and Hell’s Kitchen.
Cons:
The water gets extremely hot. Never turn it all the way hot or it will scald your hand. The hallways could use some repainting; lots of scuffs and dents.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good job.

No fuss no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
-responsive super gets things fixed (even a broken window and door buzzer system) -neighbors smile in the hallways, aren’t too loud, and don’t complain about my kids/dog
Cons:
-entrance is very rundown and often littered by people leaving nearby bars -loud due to 9th Avenue nightlife -older building so indoor air quality seems poor; prior mold issue -occasional roaches despite active pest control -no washer/dryers -no central air -basic appliances (e.g., fridge has no ice maker)
Advice to owner:
Lower rent further to reflect market changes or upgrade units/building
