Bad Management Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable prices and clean hallways
Cons:
The super doesn’t want to fix anything. We have reached out to the super of this building several times but they usually take weeks to respond.
Advice to owner:
Make sure everything is cleaned and is properly working before renting it out to other people.

9300 aka Centennial properties
Former Tenant
Pros:
building was niceish
Cons:
rents non legal bedrooms as actual bedrooms
awful management
no safeguard of personal information via management
does not fix problems in reasonable times
management group formerly known as 9300 and formerly a different name even before centennial properties involved in numerous lawsuits
Advice to owner:
sell this property to a company who can handle managing property.
