    Good location, exposed brick
    Cons:
    Some issues with appliances, pests.
    Advice to owner:
    Washing machines and dryers are often broken and too expensive.

    Lots of character, location is great
    Cons:
    Heat was either toasting you or freezing you
    Super isn't very responsive
    Had 3 bugs in a year and 1 mouse
    Took forever to get security deposit back
    Charged for tiny holes

    Update all appliances

    Not responsive management, things would not get fixed, super unresponsive

    Was cheap rent considering
    Good area
    Good size kitchen and bathroom
    Cons:
    Laundry in building is SO expensive
    No elevator
    Sketchy management company
    Building is not super clean
    Super is non responsive
    Enters apartment so many times without notifying
    Advice to owner:
    Read the cons.
    Be more accommodating towards tenants.

    Awesome building
    Friendly management that was always responsive when I needed something or had any questions
    great super
    my apartment was newly renovated
    laundry in building
    plenty of heat during the winter

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
    Cons:
    I got relocated so I unfortunately had to move out of NYC. I will be back in future!

    Thanks for being awesome. I will be back in future when i move back to NYC

    Pros:
    Decent size apartment
    Bathroom was not completely outdated
    Good location
    Cons:
    Bad management company
    Laundry in basement is crazy expensive and no good
    Advice to owner:
    Management kept half my deposit for damage that I could prove was existing when I moved in. Very dishonest in general.
