Good price for HK
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent size apartment Bathroom was not completely outdated Good location
Cons:
Bad management company Laundry in basement is crazy expensive and no good
Advice to owner:
Management kept half my deposit for damage that I could prove was existing when I moved in. Very dishonest in general.
