Water Damage, Leaks, and Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
- In unit washer dryer
Cons:
- Smelled like cigarettes all the time - Roach problem - ceiling leaked frequently, the entire building flooded once and they never repaired the water damage so assuming there is lots of mold too
Advice to owner:
There are some serious structural issues that need to be fixed or the ceiling is going to cave in
