Run Far Away
Former Tenant
Pros:
The entryway and stairwell is newly updated and clean
Cons:
- no super at all - management only works 9am-5pm; they also refuse to send any repairmen outside of that window - management hires unlicensed individuals for repairs who have no experience (man who did repairs in my unit told me he is not a contractor and he’s never done any repairs before and facetimed his friend to walk him through the job) - repairs and renovations are clearly done with a blindfold on (none of our doors are square, incorrect power outlets in the wall, etc) - huge COCKROACH infestation - management will not give you a copy of your lease - you’ll pay service fees every month on your rent because of the online payment software they use and that service is on top of your agreed upon rent - major issues such as no heat during the winter is not addressed immediately you will wait at least 2 days for emergent issues and you will wait months for less urgent repairs to be handled - took more than 3 months to be given my mailbox key

Overall a good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, community spirit, good sunlight, pre war
Cons:
Staircases are not well maintained, outside appearance could be improved, the building smells when you first walk in of smoke and it is off putting.
Advice to owner:
Please take care of your building, it could be so much more beautiful than it currently is, it just needs TLC and a good thorough clean. It’s a beautiful pre war building that should be oreserved and beautified.
