Apt. 910, landlord very responsive and nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bldg: Doorman building, live-in super. Handicap accessible. Laundry and bike storage. Clean well-lit basement (laundry, storage). Apt: Cozy, steam heated (never cold), clean bathroom and kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, thick walls (can’t hear neighbors—huge plus)!, Hood: Close to most subways, Central Park, lots of garage parking nearby, tons of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby—very safe neighborhood, very close to West Side bike/walking path.
Cons:
Not much really... this building is run very well.
