South Park…Home Sweet Home.

Pros:
The value for size of these apartments is very good. I’ve lived in a studio and now a one-bedroom with terrace. The building staff are phenomenal, very attentive and so kind. The super can be tough on you at first but really cares about his residents.
Cons:
The walls can be a bit thin, we can hear our upstairs neighbors running around or dog barking sometimes. Also the laundry room often has a few machines broken.

- Safet, he is fair and makes sure everyone is taken care
- the doormen are super friendly and keep the building safe
- always super clean in all public areas
- pretty quiet for a NYC building (especially if you face 58th street)
Cons:
- Don’t have control of the heat
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great job and give Safet a raise!

Advice to owner:
just because you can raise the rent maybe you should minimize instead of maximize the increases

Responsive super, doormen and porters always very helpful. Online system to request any help. Common spaces kept very clean. Pretty large laundry room in basement.
Cons:
Apts on the 57th street side of the building will be louder because of the road traffic.
Advice to owner:
If possible try and get unit facing north for less noise.
