Cons:
Landlord turned my apartment into commercial space. It’s a bit loud since it’s close to a hospital

Pros:
The building is in a great spot with an elevator!
Cons:
We have a lot of mice and very bad responses from the landlord. All building gets very hot in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Pest control, update building security, update amenities (new appliances).

Super never answered the phone or helped us (super changed 4x in one year) Difficult to get in touch with anyone about issues like plumbing and mice Yes...we had mice. Apartment was always clean Location is not great, a lot of homeless people sleep outside. Homeless woman was set up in the building’s stairwell once Many packages stolen from lobby area
