Good building but our unit had so much mold
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood, garbage pick up was timely, in building laundry (in a scary basement)
Cons:
Our unit had so much black mold and every time it rained, the ceiling would fall in in places. The super didn’t know how to properly address it so it was a recurring issue.

Good for a starter apartment but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was a lot of space in our unit
Cons:
Common areas were usually gross (dog poop/vomit in the stair wells a few times, trash on the ground of the building, etc.) and you had to go outside the building past the trash to get to the “in building” laundry

If you can avoid it, do
Former Tenant
Pros:
1B had a backyard, rent was cheapish
Cons:
The building is decrepit, the management company doesn’t give a fuck, the “super” is more like a ghost, roaches, slugs in the backyard, ants, the toilet was shit, the drain in the shower was terrible, the oven was broken and the range wasn’t level/flat, the washer dryer in the building is kinda nasty, people break in and sleep in the laundry room, and in the winter months the pipes make banging sounds that are reminiscent of Fourth of July.
